	answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 06/01/2015 answer text <p>The strategy document &quot;Combined Seapower: A Shared Vision for Royal Navy-United States Navy Cooperation&quot; was signed by the First Sea Lord and the United States' Chief of Naval Operations on 10 December 2014.
